Hi Michael, At a recent vegan meetup.com dinner at a local V restaurant, I met a couple who have been active for years in the V movement. They've learned something valuable and shared it with us : Avoid the Word "Vegan" Whenever Possible. They strongly recommend each of us use "plant-based eating or diet" instead. I think they're right as I recall my own previous negative visceral reaction of imagining vegans as dried out, scrawny, unhappy, angry and unstable persons. I attribute this to the meat, chicken, fish, dairy, egg and cheese companies being absolutely terrified as V is their death knell and they know it. They are spending millions and millions on ad campaigns to denigrate veganism every chance they get and they've been at it for decades. Judy, a very happy WFPB reader.
PLANT-BASED EATING, PLANT-BASED EATING. PLANT-BASED DIET, PLANT-BASED DIET.
