Carnism is debunked and most carnists know, however persist in pretending they don't know, to uphold the illusion of being 'good' while preying on the vulnerable. 'Nature tho' is their 'go to' justification, and as a vegan I think most vegans' response to this is the incorrect response. Typically, vegans say something along the lines of "but you're not a lion, carnivores are obligate predators". The vegan majority believe carnist lies regarding the supposed "prey" and "predator" balance, reiterating the supposed important role of "population control" predatory non-human animals perform (by killing non-carnist non-human animals). That most vegans believe this, or say they believe it, compliments the human carnists' worldview and vindicates their violence. Instead, the correct view and response by us is that we are against all predation, and carnists act as parasites, species regardless. Herbivores, particularly if already inhabiting a biodiverse environment, disseminate (spread) edible plants through their feces, regenerating food for themselves at the exact rate of their population growth. This is the natural way, in a positive effect, a world without predators. Carnism shares the same ethos across the sprectra of human and non-human animal life. It is better for us to commit to stopping the violence of all carnists by way of a new world order, an all encompassing multipolar state that places carnist non-human animals in human controlled environments that feed them specialized vegan food, and prevent them from reproducing, not murder or torture - just physical elimination. For abject human animal carnists, a similar fate, whereby FEMA camps are expanded and renovated into holistic camps designed to actually improve the encamped, however again, those who hold onto carnism should not be allowed to reproduce, effectively eliminating predation, carnism thus exploitation worldwide. That is the logical extreme of our cause, and in my opinion it should be out in the open so we can all commit to the necessary stages of the process.
