Quite nice, thank you for posting this. I became plant-based at age 76, one year ago almost to the date. I'm so thankful I woke up to how to eat healthier but mostly to the animal suffering. I see now I was desensitized from birth. I didn't do it for them though; I did it due to a health scare.
