I read through the meta-analysis, and the one before that (published in 2016); and I'm skeptical. Nowhere does it mention dosage-dependency, threshold dosage, and/or tapering of benefits with dosage. As a meta-analysis, the dosages were all over the place, but something could be said about the dosage of effect, right? I take algae-derived dha of 200mg daily. I worry that most might use studies like these to take 1000mg+ daily of fish-derived omega 3's. Overfishing has already destroyed much of the ocean's ecosystem.
