How to Easily Start Your Vegan Journey and Start Living a Life of Kindness and Compassion
Vegan Outreach
Adopting a vegan lifestyle is a way to promote ethical and environmental considerations. By choosing plant-based alternatives instead of animal products, individuals can help reduce animal suffering and build a more compassionate world.
The impact of animal agriculture on the environment is significant, as it contributes to deforestation, water pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions. Going vegan not only supports personal health but also addresses broader issues of social responsibility and environmental sustainability, making it a thoughtful choice for those who want to live in harmony with fellow beings and the planet.
Welcome to this guide! I believe clicking the link to get here is one of the best decisions you've made. By becoming a vegan, you can help save at least one animal's life on the very first day, and possibly even extend your own life! Being a vegan means being truly humane, compassionate, and kind. I am thrilled that you are here!
Michael Corthell, The Vegan Project
‘‘Embracing veganism transformed my life profoundly. Witnessing the plight of animals in the industry sparked a deep sense of empathy, propelling me towards a compassionate lifestyle. Beyond ethics, the health benefits were remarkable – increased energy, improved digestion, and a clearer conscience. Simultaneously, adopting a plant-based diet became my contribution to environmental sustainability, mitigating the ecological footprint. Going vegan is not just a dietary shift; it's a holistic commitment to animal welfare, personal well-being, and the vitality of our planet.’’

Our step-by-step guide makes transitioning to a vegan lifestyle easy. For any questions, feel free to contact us on our Facebook page.
1. START BY PLANNING TO EAT A 100% PLANT-BASED DIET
All vegans eat a plant-based diet exclusively. That means no dairy, no fish, and no eggs as well. There is some confusion about this. No animal-derived products, period.
2. STOP USING AND WEARING ALL ANIMAL PRODUCTS
Vegans do not wear leather, fur, down jackets, pearls, or anything made from an animal's body.
Vegans do not use products that were tested using animals.
3. STOP GOING TO ZOOS, AQUARIUMS, OR ANY VENUE THAT USES ANIMALS FOR ENTERTAINMENT OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE
Vegans do not go to bullfights, rodeos, etc either.
Animal use, which is essentially slavery is always wrong.

I would like to recommend that you adopt The Vegan Society's approach to veganism. While there are many other online programs available, most of which are for-profit, I find their method to be the most comprehensive and trustworthy. The Vegan Society is a non-profit organization, just like us.
The Vegan Society was founded in 1944 by Donald Watson who created the term 'vegan'. Check out their FAQs and visit HERE for help transitioning to a vegan lifestyle.
