As a 79-year-old, I’m aware of muscle loss and the need for protein to rebuild. I I just did the protein intake formula, and it came out to 50 grams a day. Most of my protein comes from plants. I still eat fish, (which I’ll be working on getting away from), which is half of my daily intake. I’m incorporating nuts and seeds into my whole grain cereal. Everything adds up during the course of the day.
