While a vitally important overview and treatment of this important topic, I felt certain key insights and information could have been added to enhance your vegan diet for children essay.

While vitamin B12 is often associated with l products produced by the animal mass-murder industry, it is not the only source available, and this can be misleading.

Animals don’t actually produce the B12 themselves. Instead, B12 is made by certain bacteria, which enter the food chain when plant-eating animals consume them. The bacteria produce B12 in the animal’s gut which then gets absorbed into their tissues.

Moreover, the essay suggests that one should consider a variety of supplements, which I find dismaying because their efficacy is always in question, and what child is going to feel happy to swallow pils or capsules on a recurring basis? Easy answer: few to none.

Finally, I think a more appropriate title would be, “How to raise a healthy child on a Vegan diet, and why this is important.” Or similar, because the main focus is on children and a vegan diet, not parenting per se.
